Aeration
An aerifier is a machine
that removes finger size plugs of soil from the lawn. The
plugs of soil are left on the lawn and are reabsorbed into
the turf. With the heavy clay soil of eastern NE, aeration
is particularly beneficial in reducing soil compaction.
Other benefits include:
• Increased absorption of water, oxygen and fertilizer into the soil
• Reduction of thatch build-up

Fertilization
A healthy lawn needs adequate nutrients for
growth and color. SunCo uses the finest controlled release
products to help you maintain a beautiful yard. SunCo's applicators
are all trained and certified by the EPA.
Insecticide. Grubs are larvae of beetles. Grubs damage your lawns root
system, which can lead to severe turf loss. Prevent this damage with

Seeding
Overseeding is the practice of broadcasting
seed over an already established lawn. This can help thicken
turf reducing competition from weeds. Overseeding is done
at a rate of 5 lbs of quality seed per 1000 sq ft of turf.
Results are best when done in conjunction with aeration.
Drillseeding is the process of mechanically dropping seed into the soil,
then tilling soil and thatch back over the seed to prevent wash out.
This process is best used when renovating large areas of damaged turf
or establishing new turf.
